Intended for heavy tools, this strap should only be affixed to the worksite (not for fall arrest). It features heavy-duty abrasion-resistant polyester webbing and a durable steel D-ring. Once the loop end of the tail is secured to the anchor point, the D-ring acts as a captive hole for tethering tool lanyards. It is built to withstand defined weight limits and can easily be used by any worker to help avoid accidentally dropping objects that could cause damage, injuries or possibly death. These attachments are third-party certified to 40 lb/18kg maximum capacity and meet ANSI/ISEA 121-2023 standard.
